Why Heli USA offers so much more on their Grand Canyon tours.

Only Heli USA offers its guests this unique package -- a  flight to the Grand Canyon, plus a stay at historic Grand Canyon Ranch!

A small, elite helicopter company, with a solid reputation for safety and customer service, Heli USA will take you on an unforgettable flight below the rim of the Grand Canyon! As you soar over the Colorado River, past stone buttreses and canyon walls a mile high, the sheer immensity of the Canyon is overwhelming ... no wonder it's easily seen from the Space Shuttle! (BRING YOUR CAMERA FOR BETTER CLOSE-UPS!).

Then, when other helicopter companies are taking their passengers back to Vegas, your Heli USA pilot settles down gently at Grand Canyon Ranch, where a horse drawn wagon deposits you and your fellow guests at the ranch house. While you dig into a hearty, western-style lunch or dinner (depending on your arrival), you'll be entertained by Casey Adams, whose repertoire of western songs is extensive.

Your host at the Ranch is Nigel Turner, an Englishman who owns both Heli USA and Grand Canyon Ranch. As an ex-Captain in the helicopter wing of the British Army, Nigel's reputation for discipline and attention to detail is evident in the pilots he hires, and in the genuine hospitality his Ranch exudes.

As a working cattle ranch, its 165 square miles is home to some 300 Corriente cattle, raised for the rodeo circuit, plus a herd of buffalo acquired from a ranch in Montana. Turner encourages his guests, via a Buffalo Safari, to see and photograph these magnificent animals that once numbered 35,000,000 in the Great Plains, but were nearly wiped out by hunters, "sportsmen," and the U.S. Army in the late 19th century. To restore the buffalo, or American bison, to its former glory as America's true icon is a passion with Turner.

Also available to guests are horseback rides over some of the prettiest high country in the West, with the Mormon Trail running throught it, followed by champagne at sunset. There are roping demonstrations by working cowboys, a reenactment of the famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral, and authentic western songs sung around a campfire at night, courtesy of Casey Adams.

Overnight stays in our pine cabins, with fireplaces and western memorabilia decorating each one, are a popular option for our guests. You'll never sleep better in the Western, star-lit night, breathing pure mountain air. This is the real getaway on your Vegas getaway. You'll cherish the memories for life.

My name is Shawn Miller and I recently returned from a trip to Las Vegas with my family that included the Grand Canyon tour which was solicited to us after buying airline tickets. This was without a doubt the most UNORGANIZED trip I have ever been on. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the communication between your company (Allegiant Air), USA-HELI, and finally the Grand Canyon Ranch. My wife booked the trip (Brooke Billadeau) and printed off the itinerary that was on the website for the helicopter trip to the Grand Canyon (nothing was ever sent to her, SHE had to do this). It was CLEARLY stated that the Pegasus Jet copter INCLUDED a flight with spectacular views of the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead that descended 1500 ft. below the rim of the Grand Canyon and finally LANDED at the Historic Grand Canyon Ranch. INSTEAD, we had a 4 HOUR VAN RIDE from Vegas to the Ranch. We never LANDED at the ranch, we never had SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the Hoover Dam, instead it was a laborious 4 hour VAN RIDE that purposely stopped at gift shops that FORCED us to buy product if we wanted to use a BATHROOM. 4 hours later we PARKED at the RANCH. Checking in was extremely UNORGANIZED (whole different story that's too much to share)...The next morning we were caught off guard AGAIN with a 7:00 helicopter (our itinerary said noon) and were told we would not have time to have breakfast (item number 8 on our itinerary said we were to have a ranch breakfast). We were HAPPY to get OUT of there....We spent nearly $1600.00 which was a gift to my father-n-law celebrating his 70th birthday, and instead I'm writing a letter to you concerning my utter disappointment. I have never written a letter before with this kind of disappointment in my lifetime, but felt the need to make sure you knew how unimpressed WE were with all three companies.

My name is Martin and I am a British citizen. Last February (2012) was my second trip to Las Vegas as a birthday treat to myself. The last time I went to the Grand Canyon was by turbo prop fixed wing, which was a fantastic trip in itself. This year I wanted to fly through the Canyon and I am very glad I went with Heli USA. From being picked up at the hotel (Mark) to being dropped off was probably one of the best days of my life. The pilot (Sal) was extremely knowledgeable, informative and polite. The fly through at the Canyon was out of this world and the ranch visit was equally impressive. I am planning to visit Las Vegas again in the near future and booking another trip with Heli USA will be on top of my agenda. May I take this opportunity to thank all associated with Heli USA and I look forward to flying with you again.

    Best wishes,
