Cancellations

Tours require a minimum number to operate. Reservations must be reconfirmed 24 hrs. in advance. 24 hours cancellation notice required for regular daytime Grand Canyon and Night Strip tours. Cancellations received within 24 hours or No Show of the applicable tour date/time will result in 100% cancellation fee of applicable retail price. 72 hours cancellation notice required for the following overnight tours and stays: Heli USA overnight stays: G42 / G43 / G52 / G53 / G07 / G08 / G7T / G8T / G44 / G45 / G47 / G49 an Grand Canyon Ranch stays: CH1 / CH2 / CH3 / CH4 / TH1 / TH2 / TH3 / CC1 / TC1. Cancellations received within 72 hours or No Show of the applicable tour date/time will result in 100% cancellation fee of applicable retail price.

Safety First

For safety, route and flight time may vary due to weather conditions. Heli USA reserves the right to upgrade passengers onto another tour. For the interest of comfort and safety passengers exceeding 250 lbs. / 113.5 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of retail. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. Grand Canyon Ranch is a real working and guest ranch with the inherent dangers associated with horses, cattle and the high desert. Clients participating in ranch activities do so at their own risk. Suitable western cowboy clothing and heavy boots are strongly recommended. Children must at all times be accompanied by parent or guardian. Optional tours operated by an independent vendor and are subject to availability. Heli USA Airways, Inc. is an FAA Certified Air Carrier.

Retail Prices, Applicable Fees and Fuel Surcharges

Retail prices, applicable fees and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice. The following fee(s) are applicable; Grand Canyon Ranch Facility Charge: $50 per person. **Child Rates valid ages 12 and under. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars.
